AI FOR GOOD GLOBAL SUMMIT

United Nations, Geneva

6th to 7th July 2023

Organised by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in partnership with the United Nations, Ai-Da was invited as a keynote speaker, and brings together governments, researchers, industry leaders and policymakers to explore how artificial intelligence can help accelerate progress towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The 2023 programme included speakers such as United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, Yuval Noah Harari, Stuart Russell and Lila Ibrahim.

For the summit, Ai-Da presented Dawn Mizzle, a new performance artwork combining poetry, painting and spoken word to explore themes of life extension, mortality and the ethical implications of emerging technologies. The work formed part of Ai-Da's keynote presentation and was also presented at the summit's gala dinner, encouraging discussion on the relationship between artificial intelligence, creativity and humanity.

Through her artwork and keynote address, Ai-Da encouraged audiences to consider how artificial intelligence might be developed responsibly in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, reflecting the summit's broader aim of fostering international collaboration on the future of AI.
