Ai-Da participated in the Symposium: Image and Object with AI, for the Department of History of Art, at the Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities, University of Oxford. Bringing together academics, historians, and researchers, the symposium was organised by Professor Charlene Villaseñor Black to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming contemporary artistic practice and challenged traditional ideas of originality, creativity and authorship.

Held in Oxford's newly opened Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities, home also to the Department of AI Ethics, the symposium examined a range of topics including AI and visual culture, surveillance and facial recognition, the agency of machine creativity, and the evolving relationship between artists and intelligent technologies. Ai-Da contributed to these discussions as both an artist and a subject of debate, reflecting on the role of contemporary art in encouraging public engagement with the ethical and cultural implications of artificial intelligence.

Ai-Da's participation continues her longstanding relationship with the University of Oxford, contributing to interdisciplinary dialogue at the intersection of art, technology and the humanities. By bringing together artistic practice and academic research, the symposium considered how AI is reshaping creative expression while encouraging critical reflection on the future relationship between humans and intelligent machines, especially with the rise of Superintelligence.
